Who operates ResumeQuicker
ResumeQuicker is operated by Syed. For privacy questions or data requests, email support@resumequicker.com.
Information we process
We process your account email and authentication details, uploaded resume text, job descriptions you provide, ATS results, AI suggestions and reviewed resume text. We also record purchase references, plan details, amounts and payment status. Do not upload identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your resume.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide resume services, save your work, verify purchases, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. Essential session cookies support login.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Text needed for AI features is sent to OpenAI. Razorpay processes payments. These providers may process information outside India under their own terms and safeguards. We do not collect your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN in our application.
AI processing
Our AI requests disable response storage using store:false. This does not mean every provider retains no data: provider security, abuse-monitoring and legal retention rules may still apply. Review AI output before using it.
Storage and deletion
Resume results remain saved to your account so you can return to your work. You can delete a saved resume in the application. Contact support to request account deletion or assistance accessing or correcting your information. Deletion from active systems does not necessarily immediately remove backups or payment records retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal requirements.
Security and your choices
We use authenticated access and ownership checks to restrict access to saved resumes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private, sign out on shared devices and contact support about suspected unauthorized access. You may stop using the service and request deletion.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. Significant changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
